Due to the upcoming consolidation with Fulton Bank effective Saturday, Sept. 14, 2019, your routing and account numbers will be changing.

We want to help ensure a smooth transition - many of your questions will be answered here, but you can also contact our customer service line at 1.800.752.8400.

WHAT TO EXPECT

Week of Aug. 19, 2019 - Deluxe^® will mail a new set of Deluxe^® checks and/or deposit slips with your new routing and account numbers.

Sept. 14, 2019 – Your new routing and account numbers are officially activated. Please begin using your new checks and/or deposit slips.

After I receive my new checks and deposit slips, when can I start using them?

You can begin using them on Sept. 14, 2019.

Will there be a charge for the new checks and deposit slips?

No, there is no charge for your first set of Deluxe checks and deposit slips.

What if I don’t receive my new checks or deposit slips the week of 8/19/2019?

We recommend you call us at 1.800.752.8400.

Do I need to worry about outstanding checks that have been issued?

No, your outstanding checks will be honored through May 20, 2020 as long as you have sufficient funds in your account.

What happens to my Direct Deposit and Recurring Payments?

Fulton Bank will continue to make every effort to process these transactions without interruption. If you have direct deposits or recurring payments of any kind, Fulton Bank will notify your company through their financial institution and inform them of the new account information. We will contact you directly after Spet. 14, 2019 should there be any problem transitioning your deposits or withdrawals to Fulton Bank.

Will I receive a new Debit Card?

No, you may continue to use your Lafayette Ambassador Bank debit card.

Will FDIC Insurance still cover my accounts?

Yes, your accounts will continue to be covered by FDIC insurance to the extent available under law.
